Hello, up for auction is this collectible art glass fairy tea light by Fenton Glass Co. The main color of fairy light is yellow with pink roses painted on both the front and backside of the top part of the light. On the base there are two chips on the rim. I did not notice this when I bought it, therefore it blends well with the glass.There are some minor scuff marks on the top portion as well. At the top of the piece around the part where you can look into and see a candle burning is some roughness in the glass, this however is the maker's doing. Also, this fairy light was used for lighting a candle. I tried to remove all of the candle wax, but I am positive there is still some there. Where the candle was placed are scratch marks, from previous removal of candle. On the inside of the top part of the fairy light there is a marking which reads, "Hand Painted by Charlotte Smith", this is done in red. On the underneath of the fairy light is the Fenton logo.
