No Reserve. Superb Hawkes Festoon cut glass plate measuring 7 1/4". Other than two tiny tiny chips to backside points, which are not noticable without ultra close inspection, this is in excellent shape...just needs a bath. A nice hard to find example I start low and without reserve.
