This is an especially interesting vase with a semi-matte army-green color, accented with black-dripping glaze, shallow blue edge highlights, and skipped glaze spots which show the white clay. This vase is 6.1" high, has a top diameter of 1.6" and a base diameter of 2.6". The bottom markings show the Rookwood logo, the date numeral "XXIII" (1923), and design number "2111". There is also a light inscribed "X" - most probably indicating that the vase has numerous glaze skips. The carving is crisp and shows a circumference of up and down "bell" flowers, leaves, and stems. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. Free shipping for deliveries made within the 48 United States. Insurance is extra.
