Another great Rosenthal dog. This is a French bulldog designed by Fritz Diller in 1913. It is about 3" high x 4 1/2" long. It has the green Rosenthal hallmark as shown, it says: Rosenthale SELB-BAVARIA. This mark was used in 1930, so it's a very old one. Does have a tight, hairline crack on right hip (back side of dog). It can barely be seen in the slightly enlarged photo of the dog from back. Not detracting, but not a perfect figure- reflected in the lower price I have on this dog. No other chips, cracks or crazing. White spots in photos are from light reflections. What a face on this dog!! A "must have" figure for the French bulldog lover.
