This is a Rowe Pottery Works mug, purchased from the Cambridge, WI store. I'm pretty sure it was considered one of their "seconds", because there's a small bubble on the side of the heart. The mug is functional. I just displayed it. It is signed and the stamped year is 1996. I can email you a picture of the signature if you're interested. Thanks for looking!
