Hooks have been carefully soldered into the top of the frame, to which your chain will attach. Then, voila, you hang it in your favorite window! These are such beautiful works of art. Only the finest craftsmanship goes into these panels. I have had so many different ones on in the past, and each one is unique and special in it's own way. This one is unique as well! For one thing, you'd better LOVE butterflies! :) This is a square panel. It measures 24" inches (60.96 cm) by 24" (60.96 cm). The shipping weight on this panel is 20 lbs. (9.07 kg). Remember, these are hand crafted products, so the colors may vary ever so slightly from what you see on your monitor. If you think about it, colors can look different from one monitor to the other. I just wanted you to know that in case the pinks and reds are pinker and redder than they appear on your monitor, or a little less pigment than what you see on your monitor. RETURNS All damages/shortages must be made know to me within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. If your item arrives chipped or broken, I will need you to take a picture (preferrably jpeg) and send it to me via e-mail. This is so I can begin a claims process. Original packaging required for all returns. It is extremely RARE that an item would arrive broken.
